Washington Behavior Specialists was founded in 2020 in hopes to provide high-quality services to children 0-18 years of age diagnosed with autism in underserved communities of King County.
Louelle graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Washington in 2016 with the intention of becoming a Speech Language Pathologist. Working as an ABA therapist since 2012, she not only gained more experience with language and communication but also set her on a path she fell in love with- ABA. She worked with language and communication, as well as addressing other developmental delays and behaviors. Louelle eventually decided to advance her knowledge in ABA and received her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on autism and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. Since then, she has been enjoying her true calling which is to provide services to families and individuals with ASD.
Kizztophe received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at the University of Washington in 2017. During his time at UW, he assisted at a daycare and enjoyed interacting with children with different learning abilities. He also took the opportunity to work as a Camp Counselor for a group of children at Rainier Beach Community Center and mentored kids with challenging behaviors. His experiences led him to research and expand his knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Witnessing the kids' progress became his greatest motivation to pursue further studies in ABA. Within his first year, he decided to go for his Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently, he continues to provide ABA therapy services as an Assistant Behavior Analyst and will soon be obtaining a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst to pursue his passion of helping kids live their best lives.
